Ginger Snaps

Preheat oven to 350⁰.


Cream together:              
  ¾ C butter                           
  2C sugar

Mix in:
  2 eggs, beaten 
  2/3 C molasses
  2 t vinegar

Add and mix well:            
  3 ¾ C flour                           
  1 ¼ t soda
  ½ t cinnamon
  ¼ t cloves
  3 t ginger

Form into 1” balls.  Bake at 350 on ungreased cookie sheet for 8 minutes.
