Safe Minimum Cooking Temps
Below are a few safe minimum cooking temperatures for certain foods. Cooking foods to right temperature decrease our risk of food borne illnesses. For more information, visit FoodSafety.gov or this link for a more thorough chart of temperatures.
- Chicken, duck, poultry: 165 F
- Pork: 145 F
- Ground beef or ground pork: 160 F
- Ground Chicken, turkey: 165 F
- Casseroles: 165 F
- Leftovers: 165 F
