Chocolate Crinkles

Preheat oven to 350⁰.

2 C sugar                                                                              2 t vanilla

½ C oil                                                                                   4 eggs

9 T cocoa (= 1/2C +1 T)                                                       2 t baking powder

½ t salt                                                                                  2 C flour

Mix as you would with other cookies.  Chill.  Roll into 1” balls and roll in powdered sugar.  Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350 for 8-12 minutes.
