Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine:
7.5 oz can pumpkin (Note: 15oz can pumpkin = 1 3/4C)
1/2C applesauce
1/4C oil
1T water
1T water
Then add:
1C sugar
3/4t salt
1 1/4t baking powder
1t baking soda
1 1/4t baking powder
1t baking soda
Then add:
1/2t each: cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, ginger
1/4t cloves
3/4C all-purpose flour
3/4C whole wheat flour
1C chocolate chips
Place in muffin cups and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
