Play Dough

I got this recipe from Joy School and I made one batch that lasted the whole year since it was stored in the refrigerator. We really liked it! 1 C flour 1/2 C salt 1 C water 1 T oil 1 t cream of tartar food coloring Mix dry ingredients in a sauce pan.  Add oil, water and food coloring to the dry ingredients.  Cook over medium heat until dough pulls away from the sides of the pan and forms a ball. This takes only about 30 seconds to 1 minute.  Remove to counter and knead until smooth.  Caution: it will be warm.  Note: This makes a soft dough that keeps it shape when molded.  It wil ldry out, but not enought to make things like jewelry.  If kept in a plastic bag or air tight container in the refrigerator, it will keep for many months.

Thai Roll-ups

Add turkey and mix into the sauce well.  Refrigerate for about an hour for the best flavor.  If you can't wait, that is OK.  Proceed to the next step. On each whole wheat tortilla, evenly spread 1 T of Neufchatel cheese and then add a layer of spinach leaves.  Dr...
