Great No-Fail Cake

This cake is so delicious and rich!  Growing up, I loved eating it with my family. It has many names, but I like this one best! 1 box chocolate cake mix, prepared as directed (eggs, water, oil) 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk 1 (16 oz) Mrs Richardson's caramel/butterscotch 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip (or the like) 2  7/8 oz Skor bars (or Heath Bars) broken into pieces 1. Prepare cake as directed on package for a 13 x 9 cake pan. 2. After baking, poke holes in the cake with the small end of a wooden spoon. 3. Mix together the sweetened condensed milk and Mrs. Richardson's topping.  Then pour it on top of the cake, filling up the holes. 4. Before serving, top cake with the container of Cool Whip and then sprinkle the crushed Skor bars on top.  Enjoy!
